Grand theft auto 4 launches and millions and millions of gamers react. According to Major nelson, over 12 million achievements unlocked and that is worth over 100 million in gamerscore. Also, GTA4 sold over $500 million in its first week. Those are pretty impressive numbers for the video game industry.
I am surprised I’m not hearing too much controversy over the launch. Things are quiet on the Jack Thompson front. More news on GTA to come stay tuned.

If you haven’t played a PC-based RPG, you might not know what you’re missing. Traditionally these games are huge and full of details – from the storyline to the graphics. Console RPGs have to be a lot more restricted due to processing limitations but with the Xbox 360, that’s all in the past. This Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion version surpasses many PC-based RPGs and blows away virtually ever console version of the genre. This is one seriously amazing game. And in case you’re wondering, it’s also available for the computer.
Consider this the definitive version of the Elder Scrolls series. It’s not a continuation, it’s an evolution. Perhaps even a revolution. It’s an all-new adventure with new characters and a new storyline. Prior knowledge of the series is not important. You can jump right in, create your own character and be up and running in moments. You are given total freedom with your character. You can choose to be good or evil, or perhaps a mix of both. You are not restricted by skills. Combine magic with your combat skills. You can use a variety of different skills and choose to level-up only the ones that you’re interested in. You won’t necessarily receive experience points for combat, you’ll get experience points based on performances that favor the skills that you use most often. You’ll only get experience points for combat if you become a warrior. If you’re into magic, you’ll get experience points for the successful use of magic. In this way the experience is much more personal.
There is so much to see and do in this game that you could wind up playing it for months – and it’s not as dry as most lengthy RPGs. This game is loaded with action and adventure. Even if you’ve never played an RPG before this one won’t bog you down unless you choose to read all of the books that give you a back history to the story. There’s a natural flow to the gameplay that makes it seem like real life. You can go straight to the main quests or you can branch out into hundreds of different paths and experience all that the game has to offer.
Set in a fantasyland of elves, orcs, monsters, myths and magic, you become aware of a plot to overthrow the present emperor when he recognizes you from a dream and entrusts you with the search for his illegitimate child. The kingdom is overrun by monsters from Hell which are being transported to your dimension through Oblivion Gates. To learn the secrets of closing the gates you must first flee the Imperial City, being careful not to come under attack by these loathsome creatures. The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Cheat Codes for Xbox 360

Super character
This trick requires access to Arcane University, a Chameleon spell, two rings, a necklace/amulet, any two pieces of armor (preferably a helmet and shield; you could use any armor for this, but you may want to enchant them with defensive magic later), five Grand Soul Gems with Grand Souls in them, and 8,000 gold. Go to the Chironasium (enchanting section) in Arcane University. Go to an enchanting stand and enchant the necklace, rings, and armor with a Chameleon spell using the Grand Soul Gems. Each enchantment gives you 20% Chameleon effect, so all five enchantments will make you 100% Chameleon, which is not only invisible but also allows you to attack, steal, open, and pick-up without being revealed. You can now steal from a shop without the shopkeepers doing anything. Your enemies will also just stand still unable to attack, allowing you to go into Sneak mode and attack for 4x to 6x damage, and pickpocket without consequence (except on guards who can catch you if you fail, but still cannot attack you if you resist arrest). -From: andre.morgan
Duplicate items
Equip a bow and any set of arrows, then draw your bow back. While it is drawn back, press B to go to the inventory screen. Select the arrows that you are using, then go to the item to be duplicated. Press X to drop the item, then leave the equipment screen and resume the game. The item that you dropped will be duplicated. You can pick up all the duplicates and use or sell them. The amount of copies of an item you make depends on how many arrows you have equipped. For example, 10 arrows allows 10 copies. This works with most, but not all, items and weapons. Note: Do not try to duplicate more than 250 copies of an item or the game may freeze.
Permanent enchantment
Use the following trick for duplication or a permanent enchantment. You can duplicate a drop-able item, and if that item is equipable with constant effect enchantments you can make them permanent. However, the item once made permanent cannot be re-equipped, but each enchanted item is different. You can use the “Duplicate items” trick to make as many as desired, then sell them. Use the “Duplicate items” trick with a bow an arrows to duplicate the items to make permanent. Equip one of the items you want to make permanent. There must be an unequipped version still in your inventory for this to work. Use the “Duplicate items” trick again; however, drop the unequipped version of the item you have equipped and want to make permanent. The equipped one and the others will drop and you will never be able to equip that item again, but if you check your stats the items bonuses will be permanent. You can duplicate anything that can be dropped, including Grand Soul Gems with Grand Souls captured.
This trick only works with wearable items. Take any wearable item with a magical enchantment that you wish to make permanent and use the “Duplicate items” trick to duplicate it twice so that you have two of that item. Pick up the item and equip one. While you are wearing that item, duplicate the one you are not wearing by at least four. Note: The number of arrows used determines how many copies are made. Both items will drop on the ground in stacks of two. You will now no longer be wearing that item, but will still have its effects. Note: These effects are permanent. Do not attempt this with any item with an effect you may want to remove later, such as Water Walking, Night Eye, etc.
Infinite health
Use the “Duplicate items” trick on a potion of strong health. Repeat the duplication to get the desired amount of potions. Open the inventory screen and go to the strong potion of health. Hold Y and quick link it to one of the Analog-stick directions. When you are low on health, just tap the hotkey direction to use a potion. When running low on health potions, repeat the duplication process.
Infinate recharge
Use the “Duplicate items” trick on a Soul Gem. Pick them all up. When an item is on low charge you can recharge it back to full without wasting money on Soul Gems or having to bother with soul trapping.
Infinite gold
Go to the Talos Plaza District of Imperial City and find a house owned by a man named Dorian (Dorian’s House) in the southeast section of the district. Break into his house and find him. When he tells you to leave, kill him. Do not press X to loot him and take all. Instead, take each item individually, finishing with the gold, which will not run out once it hits 8 pieces. Just keep selecting the gold he is carrying and keep pressing A as usual. Do this repeatedly, and the number of gold pieces remaining will freeze when it gets down to 8 gold pieces. It will not go any lower, but will just keep giving you as much gold as desired. Note: After you break in and he tells you to get out, talk to him. Go to “Persuade” and bribe him a lot. After that, kill him. He will now have more money to loot, which makes it easier to get more faster.

Play as Luigi
At the “Select A File” screen, highlight a file, then hold L + R and press A to play as Luigi in Single Player mode.
Secret Challenge mode
Successfully complete the game. Start the cleared game file, then pause the game while at the world map and press L, R, L, R, X(2), Y(2). If you entered the code correctly, the message “Welcome to the Secret Challenge mode” will appear. Similar to the original Super Mario Bros. for the NES, Secret Challenge mode will not let you backtrack in certain levels. To indicate whether a level has a Secret Challenge version, the new right arrow icon will be lit in the top right corner of the map screen.
Secret exit in World 7-4
To locate the secret exit in World 7-4, you will need a mini-Mushroom (in storage, if possible). Make your way past the mid-level point and upwards to the left side of the screen (high up). You will eventually come to a flying “?” block. Use the mini-Mushroom to make Mario smaller and jump onto the block to stop it. Then, use the block to jump into the little opening in the brick wall. Make a “C” jump (backwards C) and jump up and to the left to land at the top of the wall. Go over and you will see a small pipe that only mini-Mario can fit in. Take this pipe to reach the red flag secret exit.
Secret exit in World 7-5
Just before you reach the giant Bullet Bill, you will see a pipe that is covered in blocks. Use the Bob-ombs to blow up the blocks and then access the pipe to reach the red flag secret exit.
Warp from World 5 to World 8
Enter the World 5 Ghost House and get a Mushroom from the blocks. Then, go up the stairs untill you get to a place with three brick blocks on the left side of the screen. Stand on top of them and jump to reveal three invisible blocks. Next, wall jump on the left side to get on top of them. Stand on the middle raised block and duck, then jump to reveal a block with a vine in it. Climb up the vine and a Boxing Ghost will appear. Jump off the vine to avoid taking damage from it. Kill it and climb back up, and enter the door. Kill the two Walking Pumpkins and stand in the middle. The platform will wobble and as long as you stay in the center you should be fine. When it reaches the top, exit and jump on the flag pole. A path will open to the Warp Cannon on the World Map. Enter and use the Cannon to get to World 8.

Thinking about opening a LAN center in Memphis
•July 13, 2006 • Leave a CommentI have been thinking that maybe a good LAN center in Memphis would be profitable. Has anyone opened a LAN center or have advice for me? I think that i could create the most awesome game center in Memphis. We have a couple of centers but, they lack the creative vibe. I have done a lot of research and it seems that you need a great location, a great website and a ton of high tech computers. I am going to research this a little further. Email me: gamer@biogamer.net with any help on this subject matter.
